*Starting at $500.00 for one family for seven (7) days to one (1) destination. If you’d like multiple quotes to compare destinations (Italy vs. Spain), there is an additional fee per destination.

When booking a trip departing within 45 days (90 days for holiday travel), there is an additional $250 Expedited Planning Fee in addition to the Consulting Fee. This fee will be waived if we can secure your choice with minimal effort. Conversely, there are times when we may be unable to accommodate last-minute bookings.
Last Minute/Holiday Bookings
In unique cases where a reservation is non-commissionable or the hotel doesn’t offer it, a booking fee equivalent to 15% of the total room rate (pre-tax) is incurred. This is very rare and mostly found in tiny towns in Europe. I’ll always communicate in advance of this situation. Your trust and satisfaction drive are my top priority.

Travel Insurance
Air travel is a crucial component of crafting a luxury itinerary. I utilize the services of a dedicated 24-hour air desk. This service enhances your trip. Air ticketing involves a fee of $150 per person for international bookings. We do not book domestic air. There is no fee for airfare if purchased as part of an air/hotel package through a supplier.
I work alongside commercial and private aviation suppliers to offer quotes for both trip packages and individual requests.
